Often we need to take a breath of the air around us and follow our breath… in… and out…
If we don’t take time to breathe and take time for ourselves, there may be a time when our body makes us take time. It is the view of the author that we should all listen to our bodies and take time to look after it through exercise, meditation, and social / emotional contact.
Never underestimate time spent with loved ones, family, friends. Also, take heed to practice daily meditation, self hypnosis, and exercise. High intensity exercise with daily low calorie diets work well to lose weight and minimise uneccessary body fat – more importantly, uneccessary internal body fat.
Remember to look after yourself, so you and those around you can maximise your chances of being happy and content.
